Registering for CQC 2010 is a straightforward process that should take no more than a few minutes online.

Registration can be paid using VISA, MasterCard, Amex, as well as commercial or certified cheques.
If paying by credit card, your credit card information will be required in the final online registration step.
Cheque:
If paying by cheque, submit your payment immediately following online registration.
- If you are registering at the early booking fee, your cheque must reach our offices by the early booking deadline. A 10 day grace period will be allowed for those booking within the last week of the early booking deadline.
- If you are registering at the regular booking fee, your cheque must reach our office at least 10 days prior to the conference date.
- All cheques must be drawn on a Canadian bank and be in Canadian funds
- Please note the registrant’s name on the face of the cheque

Registration Fee Inclusions:
Full conference fee includes: Opening reception on Sunday August 22nd, Conference Banquet on August 23rd, admission to all technical sessions and exhibits on August 23rd, 24th and 25th, continental breakfast on August 23rd, 24th and 25th, lunch on August 23rd and 24th, refreshments daily, an electronic copy of the proceedings, and a certificate of attendance.
One-Day conference fee includes: admission to the technical sessions and exhibits on the day chosen, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch on the day chosen (lunch not provided on August 25th), and conference proceedings available online
Pre-conference Half or Full Day Workshop fee includes: admission to the workshop on Sunday, August 22nd, refreshment breaks, and lunch for Full Day Workshop attendees.
Registration fees:
Early Bird booking discounts are available for any registrations completed prior to June 15, 2010. Standard registration fees apply for registrations between June 16 and August 19, 2010. Registration will be accepted on site at the on-site registration fee, depending on availability.
Note: Up to July 15 st G.S.T. of 5% will be added to all registrations.

Accompanying Guests
Guests accompanying a conferee are welcome to attend the continental breakfast, lunch or banquet for an additional cost. They are also welcome at the Sunday Opening reception at no charge.

Please note that technical sessions are not open for guests. Should a guest wish to attend technical sessions, they must register as a delegate.
Students, Government Employees, and ASQ Members:
Discounts are provided to students, government employees and ASQ members. You are required to provide your ID number when registering to qualify for this discount.
Refund Policy:
As some expenses are incurred prior to the start of the conference, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:

June 16 onwards No refund
There are no refunds after June 15, 2010, however, a substitute attendee from the same organization is permitted at any time prior to the conference date at no additional charge. All cancellations must be received in writing via mail, email or fax. Refunds will be issued by cheque or credit card. There will be no refunds for registrants who do not meet the above criteria. Delegates who do not attend meals, receptions or coffee breaks that are included in the registration fee will not be entitled to partial refunds.
Privacy policy
All information collected is held strictly private and will not be revealed to a third party. The credit-card information is used for the purposes of a single transaction on a secure site, and is not recorded. If you choose an appropriate box during the on-line registration process, your name, affiliation, and email address will be added to the List of Participants that will be made available during the conference.
Security statement
All appropriate measures have been taken by the organizers of the Canadian Quality Congress and by the computer system administrators to ensure the security and integrity of the information provided by conference attendees. Access to the computing equipment is restricted to authorized personnel and the systems are regularly monitored by computing staff. All communications with the computing equipment involved in conference registration occurs over encrypted connections using industry standard encryption technology.
